How to custom sunglasees hinges?
Hinges are categorized by function into fixed hinges and spring-loaded hinges.
Fixed hinges: Traditional mechanical hinges without elastic components, secured by screws, with the temples opening and closing at a fixed angle.
Spring-loaded hinges: With built-in springs or elastic metal plates, the temples expand outwards to automatically adjust to the circumference of the head.

Sunglass lens materials: Nylon, CR39, PC, TAC, AC
Sunglass lens features: Polarized, UV400, Blue Light Blocking, Photochromic
Additional lens features: Hardened, scratch-resistant, seawater-resistant, anti-glare, and anti-fog

The TAC has a polarizing function. So you can see the fish.
CR39 has no polarizing function
Cr39 is thicker than TAC
What colored sunglasses lenses are available?
We can produce lenses based on the Pantone C color you provide. Examples include blue sunglasses, red sunglasses, and green sunglasses.
However, there are two types of sunglass lens colors:
1.Clear colored lenses (eyes visible)
2.Coated colored lenses (eyes invisible)
How can I custom sunglasses lenses with degrees?
We typically use CR39 or KN55 materials to create custom prescription sunglasses lenses, whether for nearsightedness, farsightedness, or both. We offer photochromic, monochromatic, or coated lenses. We offer polarization, UV protection, and blue light protection. We also offer hardening, scratch resistance, seawater resistance, anti-glare, and anti-fog finishes.
